Seminar review
The conference content gave the opportunity to have an overview of the project and of the service that will be developed throught it.
It was focused on an interactive structure, dividing the presentations of the project and introducing discussion sessions with the participans, stimulating them to express their opinion on the main objectives, characteristics and results of ETCS, but also on the existing needs in all sectors of activity in matter of continuous education and vocational training.
Seminar Agenda:
- Participants presentation
- Presentation of ELITE Training and its representatives
- Overview and discussion of the ETCS.FC Project
- Characteristics of the target group (trainers, teachers in Romania)
- Dissemination, impact and exploitations results of the project
- Discussions upon the essential aspects of the project – questions on behalf of the participants.
From the beginning of the seminar, there was a clear interest in becoming involved in the project and benefiting from the service that the project will build, especially from the participants that represent directly the target group – the Romanian Training Institute – IRT.
This gave the possibility to better emphasize that all education facilitators (teachers, trainers) and anyone who needs guidance on a specific pedagogical aspect/ skill development, can access this service, whether they have an accreditation as a trainer of education facilitator or not.
Moreover, it was underlined the fact that the service is focused on addressing all types of learning facilitators from all fields of activity, as it is a service who’s purpose is to develop skills and not content.
On the level of the research, the discussion was opened by World Vision Romania, starting from the need to identify the relevance and the promptitude of the feedback that a trainer receives after completing the course.
In closing the seminar, all the partners offered their support along the lifecyle of the project, expressing the interest to futher actively participate in the phases of the project and to be continuously informed about its development.
